Chinese Meatballs

Chinese meatballs are really easy to make. And they go well with everything. Recently i pan fried some meat balls to go with porridge and saved ie. freeze for later. Used it for stir fry with veggies too!

1 egg
some parsley/coriander (i used dried ones)
2 tbs soy sauce
3/4 tbs sesame oil

Mix all the ingredients together and hand roll into balls. I use egg as my “gelling” agent, although you could actually use corn flour. And if you use a good nonstick wok/pan like me, then u don’t need to use more oil for pan frying. Of course you could also boil them.

This could also be used as fillings for dumplings (those in soup) although I’m not a big fan of it.
